Chinedu Ajanah has express delight following OFK Titograd’s fourth consecutive victory of the season after beating league leaders Budućnost 2-1 at home over the weekend, SportingLife gathered.

The former Katsina United defender is set to miss his first match after picking up his third yellow card of the campaign.

He has played every game of the season in the Montenegro top flight.

The Nigerian got a yellow in the first half just before Dušan Stoiljković’s own goal gave his side the lead.

Ivan Novović scored from the penalty spot to make it 2-0 before a late goal from Aleksandar Vujačić ensured for a nervy end to the game.

“I’m delighted with the win and want to thank the fans for their amazing support throughout,” Ajanah told SportingLife.

“It’s my first experience in Europe and I’m really enjoying every moment and want to keep giving my best for the side.

“It is sad that I won’t be available for our next game because of accumulated yellow cards but I will be back stronger and hope the team can maintain the currently level of consistency.”

OFK Titograd are currently placed third on the log with 14 points, two adrift league leaders Budućnost.

The Podgorica- based side will play Grbalj away on Wednesday.
