Osimhen eyes goal number 5 As Lille Host Angers

Nigeria forward, Victor Osimhen will surely be eyeing his fifth goal of the season with French Ligue 1 side, Lille in tonight’s fixture against Angers SCO at the Stade Pierre-Mauroy.

Osimhen at the moment is joint top scorer with Lyon’s Memphis Depay but would be eager to go ahead of the Dutch international for the first time this season.

Interestingly his four goals from four league appearances have come from their home games.

The 20-year-old was on target in Nigeria’s 2-2 international friendly draw against Ukraine last Tuesday.

Lille are 10th position with six points from four games, while Angers SCO, sit in fourth place behind PSG, Rennes, and Nice who all have nine points.
