Pinnick vows to stop NPFL players from joining unknown clubs in Europe

Amaju Pinnick, president of the Nigeria Football Federation (NFF), says his administration wants to see players from Nigeria’s professional football league move to major leagues in Europe.

Pinnick made this known while addressing the home-based Super Eagles in Los Angeles on Saturday night.

NPFL players are known for signing for clubs in the obscure leagues in tiny European countries, all in the name of seeking for greener pastures.
