Plateau United unveils coach Ilechukwu and 12 new players

Plateau United FC have unveiled Fidelis Ilechukwu as their new technical Adviser for the coming Nigeria Professional Football League (NPFL) season.

Plateau United appointed Fidelis Ilechukwu as a replacement for Abdullahi Maikaba who left the Club at the end of last season.

The former MFM FC of Lagos tactician who was unveiled on Monday signed a two-year contract with the Peace Boys.

Fidelis Ilechukwu last worked for Nigeria Professional Football League side Heartland FC and guided them safety, despite their financial woes.

Meanwhile, Plateau United also unveiled new 14 players ahead of new season.

Toping the list are : Suraj Ayeleso (Kano Pillars), Reuben Bala (Enyimba) and Samuel Mathias (Lobi Stars).

Others are, Tosin Omoyele (Enyimba), Alex Aghahowa (Lobi stars), Ikechukwu Williams (Akwa United), Katoh Haggai (Nasarawa United) and Victor Dennis (Kano Pillars) while Ogene Elijah and Jimmy Ambrose both returned from their loan spells.
