Pundits worried over Klopp’s lengthy chat with Pogba on pitch
Football followers are still guessing why Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp, had to engage Manchester United forward, Paul Pogba in a long chat after their FA Cup clash on Sunday.
Pogba continued his fine form to help Manchester United beat Liverpool 3-2 in the FA Cup at Old Trafford.
The French midfielder was awarded man of the match after another impressive display in the middle of the park to help Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s side reach the fifth round.
The Red Devils had too much for Jurgen Klopp’s out-of-form Liverpool side in an entertaining encounter.
After the game, Klopp was keen to have a chat with Pogba as the pair seemed to share a light-hearted conversation regarding what had just transpired.
Klopp was seen shaking hands with Pogba and his United team-mates on the pitch after the full-time whistle.
But Pogba then seemed to shout something to Klopp, prompting him to turn around and have a lengthier chat with the Frenchman.

The pair shared a smile as they came to a halt around the centre-circle before continuing their walk towards the tunnel together in conversation.
Footage showed Ole Gunnar Solskjaer walking just ahead of the pair after getting one over on his rival with a huge helping hand from Pogba.
And fans speculated over the content of Pogba and Klopp’s conversation on social media, with one fan stating: “Klopp literally poaching Pogba behind Ole’s back.”
Another frustrated Liverpool fan wrote: “Klopp laughing and joking with Pogba at the end was worrying” whilst another said: “I was wondering what Klopp was telling Pogba there.”
A further fan stated: “Klopp going straight to pogba Game recognises game” whilst another added: “Why is Klopp always talking to Pogba after every match? Hmmm”.
Pogba put in a big tackle to win the ball back for United’s opening goal, which was set up by a fine ball from Marcus Rashford to find Mason Greenwood.
After the game, Solskjaer was delighted with the display and the manner in which they beat one of their Premier League title rivals.
“They were brilliant,” Solskjaer told BBC.
“When you go down, the reaction of everyone.. We really played some good stuff in periods. Good goals we scored.
“You have to defend well against them, of course. I thought we managed to react well and of course towards the end there were always some moments, but we kept them away.
