Qatar 2022: Ndidi, Iheanacho, Iwobi, others arrive Super Eagles camp

 

Nigeria’s Super Eagles squad members are beginning to arrive camp ahead of the World Cup qualifiers against Cape Verde and Liberia national teams.

Coach Gernot Rohr listed 30 players for the upcoming FIFA world cup qualifiers to be played in Lagos and Praia, the capital of Cape Verde.

The camp officially opened on Sunday, and five of the 30 invited players have already report.

Kaizer Chiefs FC goalkeeper Daniel Akpeyi and Adekunle Adeleke of Abia Warriors were the first two to arrive the camp.

Meanwhile, Premier League stars Alex Iwobi and Leicester City’s duo Kelechi Iheanacho and Wilfred Ndidi also reported at the camp yesterday.

Watford duo of William Troost-Ekong and Oghenekaro Etebo along with other players are expected to arrive later today, after featuring against Tottenham Hotspurs.
