Ramos enjoys summer holiday with family after a disappointing World Cup

Sergio Ramos has forgotten how Spain crashed out of the FIFA World Cup  as he enjoyed a relaxing family holiday ahead of the new domestic season.

On Friday the Real Madrid captain took to Instagram to post pictures of him having a nice time with long-term partner Pilar Rubio and sons Sergio Ramos junior and Marco.

Ramos who captained Spain at the World Cup and Rubio who is a TV presenter have been dating since 2012.

The family posed for snaps in front of a rocky backdrop in an undisclosed location. The pictures were captioned: ‘Family holidays: the best holidays ever. ¡Os quiero (I love you)! ILY!’

Ramos played every available minute as the 2010 champions drew 3-3 with Portugal in their opening game before narrowly beating Iran and drew with Morocco.

They faced host Russia in the last 16 who beat them in penalties after full time ended 1-1.
