Real Madrid ‘make contact’ with Liverpool over Salah

Real Madrid has made ‘initial contact’ with Liverpool regarding a move for Mohamed Salah, according to reports.

A deal to take Eden Hazard from Chelsea to the Santiago Bernabeu looks set to be wrapped up after the Europa League Final, with the Belgium captain having already informed the Blues of his future plans.
But once the deal is wrapped up, it seems as though Zinedine Zidane has his eyes on another Premier League superstar.

Canal+’s Philippe Carayon appeared on a TV show this week and revealed Zidane is understandably very keen on the Egyptian.
“Concerning Real Madrid and its reconstruction, after Hazard, Zidane and Real want another big striker,” Carayon told Canal+.

“It is Mohamed Salah. This is, after Hazard, their other priority.
“They want to build a super big trio of attack. We know that he (Zidane) does not want any more of Bale.
“With Salah, it flows naturally.”

The shock news comes just a month after the Egyptian King’s agent was forced to deny rumours of a bust-up between his client and Reds boss Jurgen Klopp.
But the French outlet remain adamant a deal is still under serious consideration by the LaLiga giants.
