Super Eagles’ Technical Adviser Gernot Rohr is observing 35 players for the inconsequential 2019 Africa Cup of Nations qualifying match against Seychelles and the International friendly against AFCON bound Egypt slated for March 23 and March 26 respectively.
Rohr has always been secretive when it comes to making public the number of players he would like to invite for important Super Eagles matches. It’s now becoming clearer what number of players he would be inviting for Seychelles and Egypt.
“The AFCON preparation started already in Asaba with the friendly test against Uganda.
Now we are observing about 35 of our players to see the level they have.
“Our scouting team is busy. We have also the communication with our entire team, medical and technical staff and players of course”, Rohr told SportingLife.ng.
