Ronaldo ‘secretly’ planning to leave Juventus

Cristiano Ronaldo has reportedly not changed his mind and wants to leave Juventus this summer.

The Portugal international returned to Continassa one week ago but the EURO 2020 Golden Boot winner’s future at the Allianz Stadium is still uncertain.

According to Il Corriere dello Sport, the superstar doesn’t want to remain at the Old Lady, but that he could struggle to find a possible suitor.

The report claimed agent Jorge Mendes is still working to satisfy the former Manchester United and Real Madrid star, with Paris Saint-Germain mentioned as a possible outcome.

Los Blancos are also named as a possible exit route for Ronaldo, but a more unlikely one, as Real Madrid are chasing PSG striker Kylian Mbappe – a move that could open the door for CR7.

Ronaldo didn’t play in the friendly against Monza last week, as he deemed the five training sessions were not enough to play in the first friendly and preferred to continue training at Continassa.

With four weeks remaining of the transfer window, Ronaldo is in a hurry to sort out a move elsewhere.

If the turning point doesn’t arrive, the 36-year-old will continue to work in the most professional way and stay to do a job at Juventus, as underlined by coach Massimiliano Allegri.
