Ronaldo shows off body transformation as he promotes training gear
Footballer Cristiano Ronaldo delighted his 218million Instagram followers on Friday when he shared a shirtless snap.
Showing off his rippling abs to promote training gear while wearing his own brand of underwear, the sports superstar, 35, urged his fans to ‘stay fit and stay positive.’
He was sporting a man bun he has grown in lockdown and looked in incredibly good shape as he sat on some steps.

When he’s not posing for photoshoots, Ronaldo has been spending lots of time with his children.
He shared a sweet video of himself playing football with his eldest son, also called Cristiano, nine, writing: ‘Like father, like son. Happiness above all.’
He also shared a picture of himself laying on a green velvet couch with all four children, including twins Mateo and Eva, three, and Alana Martina, two, writing: ‘The greatest love.’
The twins were carried by a surrogate, while his eldest’s maternity is a mystery. Ronaldo’s current girlfriend Georgina Rodriguez is the biological mother of Alana.
Meanwhile, Georgina put on a very busty display as she showed off her new workout gear while lounging in a gym in an Instagram picture on Tuesday.
The Spanish beauty, 26, posed on a workout bench while wearing a plunging sports bra that emphasised her ample assets.
She showed off her svelte waistline in a pair of matching grey leggings and added a pop of colour with some bright yellow trainers.

Fitness fanatic Georgina went barefaced for the snap and kept accessories to a minimum with a simple silver chain and cross necklace.
The brunette bombshell uploaded the picture for her 18.1million followers with the simple caption: ‘New @aloyoga.’
