Ronaldo will be fit for UCL final–Zidane

Zinedine Zidane has reassured fans of the Spanish side that his players would be fit before the the UEFA Champions league final.

“Everyone will be okay for the final,” Zidane told reporters on Tuesday when asked about the status of not just Ronaldo but a handful of Madrid’s key players with injury question marks, with midfielder Isco and right back Dani Carvajal also missing time of late.

Ronaldo picked up an ankle injury and was substituted at halftime during Sunday’s El Clásico clash against Barcelona.

Real Madrid have three more league matches before the Champions League final with Zidane hopeful that Ronaldo will be available for selection for Los Blancos last La Liga match against Villarreal.

On May 26, they face Liverpool in the Champions League final in Kyiv in Ukraine as they aim for a thirteenth Champions League trophy, while Liverpool are targeting the trophy for the sixth time.
