Rummenigge: ‘Perisic’s future not decided’

Bayern Munich CEO Karl-Heinz Rummenigge has claimed ‘it’s not yet decided’ if Inter loanee Ivan Perisic will remain at the Allianz Arena.

The Croatia international has returned from injury and will be at coach Hans-Dieter Flick’s disposal for the remaining fixtures in the German Bundesliga this year, but his future is still not clear.

Inter and Bayern agreed a loan deal with the option to buy the 31-year-old for €20m after the current campaign, but CEO Rummenigge reveals that Die Roten are yet to decide.

“We haven’t talked about it,” he told La Gazzetta dello Sport. “Perisic has recently come back after his foot injury.

“But I have a very friendly relationship with [Inter CEO Beppe] Marotta, so let’s see when he has played a few games, then we’ll talk.
