Serie A: Lazio coach Sarri eager to work again with Chelsea keeper Kepa
Lazio manager Maurizio Sarri is trying to take advantage of the turmoil at former club Chelsea by making an approach for Kepa Arrizabalaga.
Kepa returned to form this year when replacing Edouard Mendy whilst the Senegal star was away at the African Cup of Nations.
Chelsea are currently going through an ownership takeover after Roman Abramovich was forced to give up the club following Russia’s invasion of Ukraine.

According to Corriere della Sera, Sarri would be more than willing to take Kepa should Chelsea be forced to sell.
The pair worked together for a season before Sarri departed for Juventus.
However, Kepa’s annual salary of €7million would prove a stumbling block should negotiations continue between the clubs.
