Seychelles, Egypt matches: Only one Flying Eagles player made Eagles list- Rohr

Super Eagles’ Technical Adviser Gernot Rohr has identified a Flying Eagles player that would be called up to the Eagles team that would slug it out with visiting Seychelles in the 2019 Africa Cup of Nation qualifier and international friendly against the Pharaohs of Egypt in Asaba, Delta State on March 23 and March 26 this year.

Rohr has confirmed to SportingLife.ng that he would invite only one player from the Flying Eagles squad that are campaigning in the ongoing U-20 Africa Cup of Nations in Niger Republic.

“I saw some very talented players. One of them will be invited to the next Super Eagles camp”, Rohr disclosed from Niamey yesterday.

The Eagles handler has also identified five (5) quality players from the U-20 national team that would add quality to the U-23 national team with their performance at the ongoing Junior Nations Cup in Niger Republic.

“Others could be invited to the U23 qualifiers against Libya at the end of March by Coach Imama (Amapakabo)”, Rohr disclosed to SportingLife.ng from Niamey, Niger Republic yesterday.
