Shoretire in  Man Utd 27-man squad for Surrey camp

 

Impressive teenager Shola Maxwell Shoretire made  United’s 27-man squad for Surrey camp ahead new season.

The sensational teenager has continued to showcase his skill to the delight of  Ole Gunnar Solskjaer even as he posted another impressive run in recent friendly against Derby County

Shoretire was one of the new faces around the squad last season and he has spent the summer being a part of the pre-season squad too. Shoretire posted 94% pass accuracy in the friendly against Derby.

The squad has been bolstered by the return of Daniel James and Scott McTominay following their participation in the European Championship.

Joe Hugill made his senior debut in the win over Derby and is part of the squad for the week in Surrey, along with fellow U23 stars Hannibal Mejbri, Will Fish and Shola Shoretire.

Dean Henderson does not travel despite recently returning to Carrington as he recovers from a hip injury.

United training camp squad:

Goalkeepers: Nathan Bishop, Lee Grant, Tom Heaton, Matej Kovar

Defenders: Di’Shon Bernard, Will Fish, Teden Mengi, Alex Telles, Axel Tuanzebe, Aaron Wan-Bissaka, Brandon Williams

Midfielders:Andreas Pereira, Ethan Galbraith, James Garner, Hannibal, Daniel James, Dylan Levitt, Jesse Lingard, Juan Mata, Nemanja Matic, Scott McTominay, Facundo Pellistri

Forwards:Tahith Chong, Anthony Elanga, Mason Greenwood, Joe Hugill, Shola Shoretire.
