Simon to wear jersey number 27 after joining Nantes on loan
Nigeria international, Moses Simon has signed for French Ligue 1 side Nantes on a season-long loan deal
from LaLiga side, Levante. He will wear jersey number 27.
He becomes the third Nigerian player to move to France after Victor Osimhen and Henry Onyekuru joined Lille and Monaco.
Nantes have the option to make the move permanent at the end of the season.
Last season Moses scored once in 19 matches.
He has also played for Slovakia’s, AS Trencin and KAA Gent in the Belgian League where he scored 21 goals and provided 18 assists in 136 matches. He was in Belgium for three seasons.
He was a member of the Super Eagles squad that won a bronze medal at the 2019 Africa Cup of Nations in
Egypt.
