Solskjaer admits Fernandes has transformed Man Utd

Manchester United boss, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer, has admitted Bruno Fernandes has transformed his team.

The arrival of midfielder Fernandes from Sporting Lisbon in January has certainly provided United with a boost, as Solskjaer acknowledges.

Solskjaer said: “Of course we’re trying to improve all the time and develop as a team and now got a good squad to choose from.

“And hopefully we’ve been looking after ourselves in the two months but let’s try to play it by ear. Let’s get back to training first and hopefully play soon.

“It’s been a re-build, taken some difficult decisions and with some young players coming through, but I think we’ve shown we’ve made a good decision.

“Bringing in Bruno was an exciting move and we’re looking better and better. We’re 3 points behind Chelsea so of course we want to get playing again and try and catch them.”
