Solskjaer insists Man Utd can ‘beat anyone anywhere’

Manchester United boss, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer, has said his team can “beat anyone anywhere” after victory over Wolves.

Solskjaer maintained that it is too early to talk about United as title contenders after just 15 games of the season, but Marcus Rashford’s injury-time winner sent them into 2021 on a high.

“This result is massive for the attitude,” said the United manager.

“We are a different outfit now, better mentally and physically. That belief has come through performances and results and players that we have on the pitch that can change games in a second.

“You get that by personalities and recruitment of course. We have added that spark I think but also when you get results and things are going your way that helps.

“We brought it up early in pre-season the need to add more points on the board towards the end of games. That’s something we do as a club done that quite a few times this season.

“The belief is there they think we can win against anyone, anywhere.”
