Spain hammer Switzerland to reach World Cup quarterfinals
Spain reached the quarterfinals of the Women’s World Cup for the first time in their history after hammering Switzerland 5-1 on Saturday.

Aitana Bonmati scored twice at Eden Park while Alba Redondo, Laia Codina and Jennifer Hermoso were also on target as Spain set up a last-eight tie against the Netherlands or South Africa.
