Super Eagles attacker, Onuachu seals €6 million deal with Racing Genk

Belgian champions Genk have captured Nigeria international Paul Onuachu on a five-year deal worth €6 million.

The deal makes him the most expensive Nigerian player to leave a Danish club which also ends his seven-year stay with FC Midtjylland where he scored 48 goals in 134 appearances.

He won’t be available for tonight’s match against Anderlecht having completed his medical on Thursday.

The transfer fee beats the €3.3 million that was paid for Nigerian player, Femi Ajilore, before he left FC Midtjylland in 2008.
