Tested positive again: Coronavirus stops Ronaldo against Barcelona

Cristiano Ronaldo will remain out of action after testing positive for coronavirus for the third time.

The Juventus superstar will miss Wednesday’s Champions League clash against Barcelona.

Ronaldo’s long-awaited showdown with old LaLiga rival Lionel Messi has been put on hold.

The Portuguese star is unable to play after his third Covid-19 test came back positive on Tuesday night.

He will now hope to make a return in the upcoming clash against Spezia on November 1.

Ronaldo first tested positive for Covid-19 while on international duty last month.

He immediately left Portugal’s training camp and flew to Turin in a private air ambulance.
