Theirry Henry favourite to become Manager at Aston Villa

The ‘Villains’ parted ways with their manager after two years, as they lie 13th in the table, far off the play-off places that they will target come the end of the season.

Many names have been talked about in the days since, including Sam Allardyce and even former Villa captain John Terry.

However, Thierry Henry seems to be the most favoured option at this point to take over the reigns.

The former Arsenal legend has been assistant head coach of the Belgian national team for the last few years, and while he turned down the job of Bordeaux head coach over the summer this could be the challenege he’s been waiting for.
