Troost-Ekong returns to training on Tuesday after defeat

Udinese have confirmed that William Troost-Ekong will be back in training today ahead of their away fixture against Genoa in the Seria A this weekend.
The Bianconeri reported on their official website that Troost-Ekong was among the players that participated in the recovery workout on Sunday morning to clear the air on the player’s injury status.
There were speculations that Ekong got a knock after he was replaced in the 35th minute against Napoli at the Dacia Arena (Udine) at the weekend which they (Udinese) 3-0.
Troost-Ekong and other first-teamers rested on Monday in readiness for Tuesday’s double session at 1030 hours and 1700 hours.
The former Bursaspor of Turkey defender made his ninth successive start in the Italian top flight against Napoli, his third match in seven days for club and country, which might have contributed to his poor performance.
