UEFA Champions League Last 8: Oliseh torn between Juventus, Ajax

Former Super Eagles captain and head coach, Sunday Ogorchukwu Oliseh is at dilemma on who to support between Ajax Amsterdam of Holland and Juventus of Italy, when both sides clash next month in the UEFA Champions League quarter-finals.

Oliseh played for Ajax from 1997 to 1999, before moving to Juventus, where he was till 2000.

The former Super Eagles manager took to social media to celebrate the victories of both sides after the round of 16.

Ajax sensationally dispatched defending champions Real Madrid packing, while Juve came back from a 2-0 deficit to eliminated Atletico Madrid 3-0 courtesy of a Cristiano Ronaldo hat-trick.

After the Ronaldo hattrick, Oliseh celebrated the Juventus striker on twitter.

“Are there still worthy superlatives to qualify this “Alien” of a footballer in Cristiano Ronaldo? Juventus qualifies thanks to his 3 goals & an exceptional well prepared team work vs A. Madrid. CR7 is Unbelievable. 34 years old & still arguably the world’s best? Phenomenal !!, ” he tweeted.

The first legs of the quarter-finals will take place on April 9 and 10, with the second legs on April 16 and 17.
