Underground interest: Ferguson making move to bring Pochettino to Man Utd

Sir Alex Ferguson is making a move to bring PSG coach Mauricio Pochettino to Manchester United.

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer was sacked by United today, with his former assistant coach Michael Carrick placed in charge as caretaker.

According to TalkSPORT, Ferguson is leading the charge to bring Pochettino to the club, who have already held talks with the Argentine’s advisors.

Pochettino left Spurs in November 2019, just months after losing the Champions League final to Liverpool, and after a year away from the game, he returned to take over Paris Saint Germain earlier this year.
