Villa yet to give up on Chelsea striker Abraham
Aston Villa are still interested in signing Tammy Abraham from Chelsea in the summer transfer window, according to reports from the UK.
Villa have secured the services of Wesley Moraes from Club Brugge for a fee reported of £22 million.
The 22-year-old Brazilian forward has arrived at Villa Park with a strong reputation, but The Daily Mail has claimed that Dean Smith’s side are still interested in Abraham and will check the availability of the 21-year-old striker later in the summer transfer window.
Abraham’s record in the Premier League is not great, and with Chelsea not able to sign players in the summer transfer window due to a ban, the Blues may not be willing to let the England international striker leave.
