We can persuade Osimhen to stay, says Galatasaray boss
Galatasaray vice president İbrahim Hatipoğlu has expressed confidence in the club’s chances of securing Victor Osimhen on a permanent deal this summer.
Osimhen joined the Turkish Super Lig champions on loan from Napoli in September and has since made a significant impact, scoring 29 goals and providing five assists in 33 appearances across all competitions.
The 26-year-old Nigeria international has a €75 million release clause in his contract and is widely expected to attract interest from top European clubs at the end of the season.

Despite the competition, Galatasaray are reportedly prepared to meet all financial and sporting requirements to keep the prolific forward in Istanbul.
Osimhen, however, has stated that he will make a decision regarding his future once the season concludes.
“His (Osimhen) words don’t mean he’s leaving. He said that even if he left in the worst-case scenario, Galatasaray would always be in his heart. But he didn’t say he’s leaving. We want him to stay with us,” Hatipoğlu told AS.
