Sunday Akleche who was recently freed with his family from the kidnappers’ den has rejoined Lobi Stars at their Ijebu Ode camp.
Akleche and his family members spent some days in the hands of their abductors before they regained their freedom last week.
The Vice Chairman of the club, Mike Idoko who revealed the information said the attacker returned to the team on Wednesday and was welcome by players and officials.
“Akleche has returned to camp. He joined his teammates in Ijebu Ode on Wednesday and he has put behind him the unfortunate incident that brought bad memories to him and his family members,” Idoko told SportingLife.ng.
Akleche was with the Lobi Stars team that won the league title last season and he will be part of the team as they make their return to the CAF Champions League later this year.
