Vincent Enyeama to Osimhen: Remain humble
Former Nigeria goalkeeper Vincent Enyeama has called on Victor Osimhen to remain humble for him to reach his full potential at French Ligue I side, Lille.
The Nigeria keeper who spent seven seasons with the French club was responding to the accolades Osimhen has been receiving so far, with the latest French Ligue 1 player for the month of September.
He has backed the player to shine.
“He is doing well, he only needs to keep his head down,” said Enyeama who made 118 appearances for Lille.
Just on Thursday, Osimhen was voted the French Ligue 1 player for the month of September edging out the likes of Islam Slimani of Monaco.
Enyeama was the second Lille player to win back to back Player of the Month awards – the other being Eden Hazard.
