While negotiation still on going between both parties, reports from that Turkey claimed the former Arsenal player could be interested in joining Fenerbahce.

“Nope [I didn’t hear anything],” he said

“First, I posted on Instagram and just saw bare [a lot] of comments and I was thinking, ‘What?’.

“I didn’t know anything about it. Then I’m getting mentioned on Twitter by my boys that I might be going to Turkey, but I was like no man. The only way I’m going to Turkey is for my teeth or my hairline [laughs].

“No, I was a bit rattled. It’s always nice to get interest from another team but nah, just focus on football.”

Iwobi has a year left on contract with Everton and could pen an extension sooner.
