All AFrica Games: Uganda floor Flying Eagles in opener

Flying Eagles went down 2-1 to their Ugandan counterparts in the their group opener of the All Africa Games ongoing in Ghana on Thursday.

The Ugandans maintained a ratio 53% to 47% possession which eventually paid off with the two goals and three points in the kitty.

Prior to the match Coach Ladan Bosso had boasted that the Ugandans will not be a threat but the result which he admitted was not what they bargained for means they team now needs to pop the volume in the next match against South Sudan on March 11 just as Uganda face Senegal in their second match same day.
