Aribo strikes as Rangers fly over Hibs to maintain unbeaten record in Scottish League
Nigeria’s Joe Aribo was a hero in the Rangers 2-1 win against Hibs to maintain their unbeaten record in the Scottish League.
Steven Gerrard’s Rangers are four games away from an unbeaten league season and they had to work for it once again to emerge victorious.

The games this season have been settled by fine margins with two narrow victories for the Ibrox side and a thrilling 2-2 drawback in September at Easter Road.
And it was the same again as the post-split fixtures delivered the goods.
Gerrard called for energy and bite and he got plenty of that in spells but Hibs had their moments as well and passed up a host of chances in the first half/
But the Rangers’ purple patch in the second half resulted in Ryan Kent’s goal and that was enough in the end to secure victory.
Hibs are trailing 1-0 at Ibrox despite giving Rangers plenty to think about.
Boyle, Nisbet, and Hanlon have all gone close for Jack Ross’ side.
But it’s Joe Aribo’s goal that separated the sides.
