Arsenal show interest on Victor Boniface

English Premier League club, Arsenal have shown concrete interests in Nigerian forward, Victor Boniface.

According to Turkish journalist Ekrem Konur, the 23-year-old Boniface is on the wish list of Gunner’s boss Mikel Arteta.

The Gunners are in need of a number nine and they could make move for the striker this winter.

Boniface has been consistent in Europe over the last three seasons, through his career from Bodo-Glimt, Union Saint-Gilloise and Bayern Munich.

He played 51 games at Union SG and scored 17 times and accumulated 12 assists.

After one season in Belgium, the Nigerian left Union for a record fee of 20.5 million euros to the German side.

He carried the form to Bayer Leverkusen, scoring regularly and won four consecutive Rookie of the month awards (best young player).

Currently, Victor Boniface has 16 goals and provided 8 assists in 23 games all competitions for Leverkusen.
