Chelsea striker Tammy Abraham will get “better and better” with the more games he gets under his belt for the club, says Aston Villa boss Dean Smith.

Smith praised the England international for his display against his team on Wednesday night after returning from injury to score 11th premier league goal.

The Blues got back to winning ways at Stamford Bridge after losing their previous two Premier League games with a 2-1 win over Villa.

“He will get better and better as he goes on. He has played 120 odd games,” he said.

“I thought there were three Kante’s on the pitch. Chelsea have top players,” he said about his former player.

Smith knows Abraham well after the pair worked together last season to help fire the Birmingham side to Championship play-off glory.
