Spanish side, Atletico Madrid are proposing an offer of €4m for Villarreal of Spain winger, Samuel Chukwueze whose fine run so far this season has caught the attention of the Europa Champions.
Chukwueze has been hugging the headlines for his blistering form that has seen him score in the league, Europa and Copa Del Rey in the ongoing campaign which has seen Madrid beam the searchlight on the youngster.
However, Madrid may see their offer rejected by Villarreal who have placed a €10m buy-out clause on the Nigeria international.
Reports from Villarreal however indicate that they are interested in keeping their rising star and may have commenced negotiations with Chukwueze’s agents to improve his present deal before it expires.
