Aubameyang: Arsenal doesn’t play to just beat relegation!

Aubameyang, ahead of Newcastle United, has told RMC he feels the Gunners are now finding their feet and returning to their best.

He declared, “I like this group. It is human. It’s part of the life of a footballer to have ups and downs. This is where we see the strength of a group and we are showing our strength right now, so morale is good.

“We are Arsenal, we can not afford to play for survival (from relegation). That’s not what we should do. I think that alerted us, and somewhere, everyone put in their own effort and gave their best every day to regain victory.”
