Austrian clubs get permission to resume training on May 1
Austrian government have announced that they will allow sporting activity to resume in the country from May 1.
This allows all 12 teams in the Austrian Bundesliga to return to training, although only in groups as big as six people.
These developments increase the chances Austria’s top flight has of resuming the season, which is suspended until May 1, behind closed doors.

In order to restart the league, clubs will have to comply with all the safety regulations and guarantee the health of their players with coronavirus tests.
As of April 15, Austria has 14,300 confirmed cases of COVID-19 and 393 deaths.
