The La Liga giants are desperate for attacking reinforcements with Luis Suarez ruled out until the end of the season with injury.

Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang is a target for Barcelona although they concede it is unlikely a deal can be agreed this month.

Valencia striker Rodrigo is another option for Barca and Bartomeu confirmed his name is ‘on the table of the coaches’.

“We don’t talk about players from other teams,” the Barcelona president continued.

“A replacement will arrive. I do not know whether it will be from Barcelona B or from outside. I like many players.”

Meanwhile, Mikel Arteta has warned Barcelona off making a bid for Aubameyang.

The striker has another 18 months remaining on his current deal and Arsenal may consider letting him go at the end of the season for the right price.
