Super Eagles of Nigeria and Leicester City of England striker, Kelechi Iheanacho has now become an interest of the Turkish giants Besiktas.
Iheanacho, who remains out of favour at high-riding Premier League club.
According to several media reports out of Turkey, Iheanacho could be on his way to Besiktas in January. Iheanacho, 23 was signed by Premier League club Leicester City from Manchester City on a five- year contract on August 3, 2017, for a reported £25 million fee. He made his debut for the club in a 4–3 defeat to Arsenal on 11 August 2017.
He scored his first goal for Leicester in an EFL Cup tie against Leeds United on 24 October 2017.
He is yet to make an appearance in the Premier League this season despite enjoying a productive pre-season.
His lack of game time in England has already cost the striker his place in the Super Eagles.
In the meantime, Iheanacho is shocked by the sudden death of a close confidant, who lost his life
in a car crash in Nigeria last week.
