Boniface assists see Leverkusen claim five-goal thriller
Nigeria’s Victor Boniface two assists helped Bayer Leverkusen claim a hard-fought 3-2 win away against TSG Hoffenheim.
The result means Xabi Alonso’s side remains at the top of the Bundesliga log.

Interestingly, Boniface was in the thick of the action again, setting up Grimaldo for the winning goal 20 minutes from regulation time.
The 22-year-old has now scored seven goals and provided five assists in 10 league appearances for Leverkusen this campaign.
