BREAKING: Man Utd agree deal to sign Ighalo from Shanghai Shenhua
Manchester United have agreed a deal with Shanghai Shenhua to sign ex-Super Eagles forward Odion Ighalo on a six-month loan, with an option to buy.in the summer
According to Sky Sports sources, the Old Trafford dwellers are now finalising the move to bring in the 30-year-old Ighalo, who boost of Premier League experience during his spell at Watford between 2014-17.

Ighalo is in pre-season training with Shenhua, but the new Chinese Super League season has been delayed due to the escalation of the coronavirus.

The report further revealed that a medical could be held in China, but United eggheads were battling to complete the move before the 11pm deadline closes.
Interestingly, Tottenham also made a late attempt to secure a loan deal for Ighalo on Deadline Day.
On the other hand, United earlier had a £20m bid for Bournemouth striker Joshua King rejected as the club intesefied effort to sign a cover for the injured Marcus Rashford, but their pursuit of the Norway international appears to have ended at press time.
