Breaking: Pinnick returns as NFF President

President of the Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) Amaju Pinnick has retained his seat after Thursday’s elections into the board which is still on in Katsina State.

Pinnick secured 34 votes out of 44 to defeat his closest rival Aminu Maigari who pulled eight votes. Another contestant Taiwo Ogunjobi had two votes with the fourth challenger Chinedu Okoye getting no vote.

He becomes the first NFF President to be re-elected for another four years.
