Two-time African champions Enyimba needed a miracle on Wednesday night to reach the quarter=finals of the CAF Confederation Cup after netting a last minute goal against South Africa’s Orlando Pirates.
The Aba giants had to wait until the 95th minute when Cyril Olisemah struck from close range from a cross provided by Anayo Iwuala.

Interestingly, the two North African teams in the group, Setif of Algeria and Libya’s Ahli Benghazi were eliminated.
Meanwhile, Setif defeated Ahli by a lone goal on Wednesday night, but her total points haul of eight was not enough to see them progress to the next round.
