CCC: Rivers Utd bounce back with home win
Rivers United got their CAF Confederation Cup campaign back on track after they pipped Group C leaders Club Africain of Tunisia 1-0 in Uyo.
This followed a 2-0 loss they suffered at Dreams FC of Ghana the previous week.

Today, captain Nyima Nwagua was the match winner after his goal on 40 minutes.
The Nigerian flag bearers now have six points from three matches, same as Club Africain, who though enjoy a better goals difference.
Dreams FC of Ghana won 3-2 at APC Lobito of Angola to stay second in the standings also with six points.
The Port Harcourt club will on Wednesday, December 20 face a rematch with Club Africain in Tunis in continuation of the continental competition.
