Champions League: It’s D-Day for Bryan Idowu, Okereke and Atiemwen

 

Nigeria international and Lokomotiv Moscow defender Bryan Idowu will be hoping to enjoy a good show when they take on Bayer Leverkusen in the Champions league today.

The former Zenit St. Petersburg ace who made Nigeria’s team squad to the last world cup in Russia joined the Lokomotive Moscow shortly after the world cup on a three year deal and has since been proving his worth for the side.

Though Idowu and his teammates are dreaming of earning vital point away at the BayArena, analysts however believe snatching a point against hard fight Leverkusen will not be a walk in the park.

David Okereke set for Club Brugge action

Idowu will however not be the only Nigerian that will be on parade today as David Chidozie Okereke will equally be ready to fly for Club Brugge while midfielder Iyayi Believe Atiemwen eye action with Dinamo Zegreb.

Meanwhile it was a good outing for Peter Olayinka Tuesday as he enjoyed 84 minutes action Slavia Praha clash against Inter Milan shooting his side into the lead in the 63rd minute.
