Chelsea defender Tomori slated for AC Milan medical

Chelsea defender, Fikayo Tomori, is on his way to Italy.

AC Milan have planned Tomori’s medicals on Friday, ahead of his loan transfer from Chelsea.

According to Italian expert Fabrizio Romano, the Serie A leaders will also have the option to make the move permanent for £26.5million.

Tomori, 23, has made just one Premier League appearance for the Blues this term.

The defender will now be given the chance to win a long-term stay with Milan.
