Chelsea, Man Utd contesting for €120m Juventus defender De Ligt

Chelsea are preparing a bid for Juventus defender Matthijs de Ligt.

It’s suggested the Dutchman’s contract carries a €120m buyout clause and Chelsea are willing to get close to that figure. Manchester United are also watching developments.

De Ligt has a deal with Juve to 2024 and he’s admitted in recent weeks he is now considering his options this summer.
