Chukwuemeka nominated for Chelsea’s Goal of the Month

England youth internationals of Nigerian descent Carney Chukwuemeka and Noni Madueke are in the running for Chelsea’s Goal of the Month award for March 2024.

Chelsea’s official website has asked the fans to choose from eight stunning strikes from the first team, Women’s team and academy squads in the club’s quest to determine the Goal of the Month winner for March.

Last month, Mauricio Pochettino’s team participated in four matches, collectively scoring eleven goals, and among these goals, four have been nominated for the March award.

Chukwuemeka and Madueke came off the bench to inspire Chelsea to a 4-2 win over Leicester City in the quarterfinals of the Emirates FA Cup and their efforts in stoppage time against the Foxes have been nominated.
