Conte declares operation minimal sex for maximum performance

Inter Milan Coach Antonio Conte says field performance cannot be compromised adding that achievement involves everything and must affect everything.

The former Chelsea revealed that he provides his players with detailed instructions as to how to have sex in order to maximise on-field performance, as the Inter boss looks to gain any advantage possible in his bid to end the dominance of Juventus in Serie A.

He explained that his desire to win has meant that every facet of life is analysed so his players are able to maximise their on-field performance, including how they have sex.

‘Competition for me is battle,’ he told L’Equipe. ‘It is “your death, my life”. I am very focused on the fact that in the end there should only be one left standing and I do everything to make it my team.

‘This is my way of being and it will lead me to interrupt my career very early because I live my work too much. And I often ask if it is right to spend so much time without my family.

‘During the season, relationships must not last too long, we must do as little effort as possible. So stay under the partner.’

The effect of sex on sporting performance has long been a source of debate among sport scientists.

The classic theory is that abstaining from sex builds frustration and aggression among athletes, which ultimately leads to improved sporting performance.

However, others believe that sex reduces stress levels and anxiety among athletes before competition.
